Corrections are prioritised: if a weight, temperature or time is wrong, it gets fixed and the recipe notes the change.

Recipe didn't work? Tell me which step, what happened, and what pan or pot you used — that's usually enough to diagnose it.
Can't find an ingredient? Tell me your city and I'll suggest what actually works as a substitute.
Corrections are genuinely welcome. If a weight or time is wrong, I want to fix it.
